Welcome to Open Enrollment with Blue Directions: Your open enrollment is fast approaching!
Between November 27, 2024, and December 20, 2024, you can log into Blue Directions to make your benefit elections. Your new coverage will begin January 01, 2025.
Bolin Enterprises and Bolin Fuel Oil Propane employees will be able to elect their own health, vision, dental, and life insurance options. For 2025, we have dropped the Buy-Up Health Insurance option. Therefore, you will need to choose from the Base Plan or the Health Savings Account Plan.
For everyone, we are not offering Group AFLAC in 2025. We are offering 3 new plans and short-term disability. This means that everyone will need to fill out an enrollment form. The AFLAC enrollment form will need to be filled out and signed. The AFLAC form for your company is located on the within the specific company tab on the wellness website.

December 3: 7am to 4pm
December 9: 7am to noon
December 12: noon to 4pm

Selecting benefits is important! With Blue Directions, you can evaluate and enroll in benefits that fit the needs of you and your family. Blue Directions provides helpful tools to make selecting benefits easier than ever.
These tools include:

- A side-by-side plan and cost comparison tool
