Kim Eckerty is our AFLAC representative that has worked with our Bolin-owned companies for years. For 2026, we are offering four AFLAC products: Accident, Cancer, Plus Rider, and Short-Term Disability.

SHORT-TERM DISABILITY: See 2026 Enrollment Form for Rates. 0/7 is day 0 of an accident and day 8 of an illness. 0/14 is day 0 of an accident and day 15 of an illness. If you have doctored for a particular illness or injury in the preceding 12 months, you will need to wait an additional 12 months in order for that specific item to be covered under short-term disability.
