Employees from all Bolin-owned companies are eligible to enroll in our 401K programs after 1 year of employment or 1,000 worked hours, as long as the employee is at least 21 years of age. This benefit is eligible for full-time and part-time employees. Currently, we provide a company match up to 3%.
- Eligible employees will receive a notification from TruStage closer to their effective date.
- Employees then need to contact Jenny Lewis from payroll, in order to get a log-on set up.
- From there, employees are able to complete their account set up which includes identifying what percentage of their weekly check they would like to contribute into the 401K and which funds they would like to contribute into.
- Alec Ring is our financial advisor. You are able to contact him to set up an appointment and he will provide assistance in choosing your funds if you need help. This service is at no cost to you.
- ALL employees that are actively participating in our 401K program are encouraged to complete their beneficiary information online. This can be changed at any time. It will be time-stamped so the most recent will be the legal beneficiary.
- Enrollment and contribution election changes are effective quarterly. Therefore, if you make the change to your online account to increase from 3% to 5% on March 1st, the change will not go into effect until April 1st (as an example) – Quarters are January, April, July, October
