Ovia Health™ apps feature health trackers, videos, tips, coaching and support for fertility, pregnancy, parenting and menopause. Ovia, Ovia Pregnancy, and Ovia Parenting apps can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. During sign-up, make sure you choose “I have Ovia Health as a benefit.” Then select BCBSIL as your health plan and enter your employer’s name.
If your plan includes Well onTarget®, you’ll have access to online programs about pregnancy. These cover topics such as healthy foods, body changes and labor.
Our maternity specialists will help you by phone from early pregnancy until six weeks after delivery if your pregnancy is high-risk.
